As director of Waymakers Counseling I am here to open a door, to welcome you to a safe and nourishing place where you can receive professional and inspired services for healing, guidance and support. I bring over 30 years of professional education, training and experience to my work. Enhanced with wisdom from my personal journey, I am here to work together with you.
You talk to yourself more than anyone you know. When that inner dialogue gets stuck in loops of obsessive thinking, worry and negativity it can be deafening. I can help quiet the negative voices, accept and validate your story and teach you to change your inner dialogue into something you want to hear every day.

I provide clinical, emotional, and spiritual accompaniment and support through life challenges and transitions for children, adolescents and adults. I utilize evidence-based practices of DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in combination with trauma informed care practices, psychodynamic therapy, and ecotherapy. I am expanding my practice to include spiritual care and am in the process of completing a Master of Divinity (MDiv) with the intention of becoming a Chaplain. I have been intensively trained in Movement Chaplaincy (providing supportive accompaniment to social justice movement activists) and in the provision of eco-grief support.
I enjoy writing, cooking, traveling, music, being a mother, and connecting with this beautiful creation.

Many of the answers you are seeking already exist within you. As a Life Coach, I offer professional assistance in finding those answers, uncovering your innate wisdom and discovering your unique path in life.
Together we will explore how to live your life as a transformative adventure: through creative stories, metaphors, reflective listening, rituals, present moment awareness and meditation. We will reframe obstacles as opportunities, leading to new life skills, greater purpose and personal growth.
It’s time to see yourself in a new light and to embrace a thriving lifestyle. As your Life Coach, I will collaborate with you to find the answers within, create changes and live the life you’ve been seeking.
